Clinton J. Andrews, PhD, LEED AP, is the Faculty Director of the Rutgers Center for Green Building and Professor in the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. He was trained in engineering and planning at Brown and MIT, and over the past 25 years has worked in the private sector as an HVAC engineer and technology assessor, helped to launch a regulatory policy project at MIT, helped to found a science policy program at Princeton, and brought industrial ecology and green building studies to Rutgers. Dr. Andrews has published widely on energy and environmental management and policy topics, and his books include Humble Analysis, Regulating Regional Power Systems, and Industrial Ecology and Global Change. He is a licensed professional engineer (Mechanical, California), and a certified planner (AICP).
