Jaclyn Trzaska

Trzaska_Jaclyn

Jaci Trzaska has worked at the Bloustein School since July 2007, first for the Center for Energy, Economic and Environmental Policy and more recently, for the Rutgers Center for Green Building.  She has worked on a wide variety of projects, including conducting cost-benefit analyses of the New Jersey Clean Energy Program Energy Efficiency programs, developing avoided cost estimates for economic analyses, pulling together energy data to be used in the Energy Master Plan, assisting in the development of the New Jersey Cost Test, conducting rate impact analysis of proposed Clean Energy programs, and developing Energy Efficiency Evaluation Plans for the State. She has also analyzed proposed rule changes related to the Renewable Portfolio Standards and assisted in the development and maintenance of the New Jersey Energy Data Center. Jaci has also worked on developing programming for the New Jersey Hydrogen Learning Center and researched potential hydrogen policies for the State. Jaci has a B.S. in Meteorology from the State University of New York at Oswego and an M.S. in Atmosphere Science from the University of Arizona. She also worked at the Institute of Marine and Coastal Science at Rutgers University.
