Uta Krogmann

Krogmann

Uta Krogmann, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Associate Extension Specialist in Solid Waste Management at the Dept. of Environmental Sciences of Rutgers University. Dr. Krogmann received her Ph.D. from Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg in Germany. She has broad experience in solid waste management and engineering. Her research and outreach include studies related to the management of biodegradable organic wastes; landfill mining; and solid waste public policy issues. Her most recent projects address sustainable waste, water, and energy management in “green buildings.”
